Palm Beach County Investment Club

The Palm Beach County Investment Club is a free membership organization that’s meant for investors and stock market speculators who seek to avoid the big downturns, and to profit from the big upturns, in the worldwide financial markets.

In addition to helping financial market investors and speculators to make money in any type of environment, we show fixed-income investors how to generate substantially higher yields than they could from investing in CDs, corporate bonds, and most dividend-paying stocks.

Although we do not expect to always get our members in and out of the financial markets or individual securities at their absolute lows and highs, our founder, David N. Frazier, has been correct much more often than he’s been wrong about the future direction of stocks, bonds, precious metals and real estate.

For example, on September 18, 2007 – only 21 days before the major U.S. stock market indices peaked on October 9, 2007 – David advised investors to get almost completely out of stocks and to even sell stocks short via inverse exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”). Over the next 18 months, the S&P 500 Return Index declined by 54% while investors that followed David’s advise made money from his inverse ETF recommendations.

And, on March 23, 2009 – only 14 days after the major stock market indices bottomed – David advised investors to “Buy Now” – to get back into stocks – because his models indicated that a new bull market had begun. Since then, the S&P 500 Total Return Index has more than tripled, appreciating by 277% as of February 28, 2017.

In addition to helping our members to allocate their investment portfolios effectively during different phases of the economic cycle, we show fixed-income investors how to generate substantially higher yields than they could earn from investing in CDs, corporate bonds and most dividend-paying stocks.

Our next gathering will be at 6:30 pm on Friday, October 27, 2017 at The Dive Bar, located at the Jupiter Yacht Club Marina, at 318 South U.S. Hwy. 1, Jupiter, Florida.
